The production of PCB has always adopted the laminating process, and there is a buffer liner on the plate of the laminating equipment, which is an essential accessory in the pressing and forming of PCB. According to this production characteristic, we successfully developed a cushion pad- fiber silicone felt buffer pad. This product of our company can completely replace the traditional kraft paper or wood pulp paper. Thickness 5MM. Can be cut into different sizes as required.
Our cushion pad mainly has the following characteristics:
- The surface is made of heat-resistant fiber woven fabric, which can withstand high temperature above 200 degrees, does not deform or age after long-term use.
- In the middle of the pad we apply high tear resistance silicone and felt, which outputs excellent cushioning.
- Product structure is reasonable, stable, reusable, with long service life.
- Non-toxic and odorless. During the high temperature laminating process, no toxic gas released.
- Low cost, compared with consumables such as kraft paper, long-term production cost is only 1/5.
